Shaunna was born and raised primarily in Colorado and spent her high school years in Tulsa, Oklahoma graduating from Jenks High School. After high school, Shaunna attended the University of Colorado where she earned her B.S. degree in Marketing.

After college, Shaunna was employed in the retail industry as a manager for a national chain and then for Holiday Inn and Marriott as a national sales manager for corporate clients, organizing large conventions and meetings. This led her to a career in event planning and eventually opening her own company, The Eventors, In Denver, Colorado. Having a father who was a real estate developer in Colorado, she continued to be involved in the family business which brought her to finally obtaining her Colorado real estate license in 1992.

Relocating to Houston, Texas in 1993, Shaunna became a licensed REALTOR®. Thereafter, she and her family moved to Austin, which she has called home since 1994. Today, she is a mother of two wonderful girls and is actively involved in their lives as well as in her community, friends and all the fun and entertainment that Austin has to offer. She is an active member of the Austin ISD PTA, Anderson High School, Murchison Middle School and various sports programs in which her girls are involved.

Real estate is not only a full-time career for Shaunna, but her passion as well. After several successful years of working as an independent agent, in 2004 she joined forces with Todd Smith to form the AustinRealtyPro Team. Together, they have accomplished many things, including being ranked as the #1 Producing Team at Prudential Texas Realty-Austin with over $25 million in production, earning them Special National Recognition for Prudential Realty's Chairman’s Circle Award which ranked them among the top 3% of agents nationwide. Their successful association with the Westlake office of Capital City Sotheby's International Realty resulted in annual recognition for their sales and listing production volume, and the opportunity to help launch the secondary office in Westlake/Downtown for the local Sotheby's International Realty franchise. In 2010, Todd and Shaunna realized they were ready to start a new company where they would be able to offer the style and service of Real Estate they always envisioned, a full service 'concierge' brokerage that is not governed by a franchise, but by the needs of their individual clients.
