Todd was born in the Washington, D.C. area and raised in various localities including Germany, Arizona and Massachusetts, and graduated from St. Stephen’s School in Alexandria, Virginia. After high school, Todd attended the University of Arizona, majoring in Accounting, Finance and Real Estate.

Being the son of a real estate broker and holding an active real estate license since 1978, Todd’s familiarity with entrepreneurship led him to embark on a career in motion picture financial management, moving to Los Angeles, California in 1983 where he worked on dozens of films including Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Ace Ventura 1 & 2, Die Hard, Home Alone, Wild America and Lost & Found to name a few. In all, Todd’s motion picture career encompassed 42 theatrical films, working both for independent distributors as well as major studios.

Todd’s roots and passion for real estate, his grasp of technology and appreciation for the power one can leverage with the right tools, plus his dogged-determination to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction has propelled him to have one of the most fastest-growing and successful Real Estate practices in Austin. Along with his Team members, Todd prides himself in having built his business largely by referral, one client at a time.

Having moved to Austin in 1999, Todd and his Team were consistently ranked as one of the Top Agents at Prudential Texas Realty, one of the Austin area’s largest and most active residential real estate brokerages. Capitalizing on the strength and level of consumer awareness of the RealtyProTeam brand, Todd and his Team signed on with the Westlake office of Capital City | Sotheby’s International Realty where their sales and listing volume achievements, customer satisfaction ratings, and overall levels of business activity were second to none. The Team has been recognized by the Austin Business Journal as one of the “Top 50” in Austin, and selected as a member of an elite group of highly-qualified agents committed to serving the unique needs of specialty clientele. As a testament to his professionalism, his advanced training and business acumen are heavily relied upon by both his customers as well as his peers.
